We are Vidlet: Mobilizing Video Insights for business. We are seeking a Head of Sales to drive Vidlet’s business forward. As a critical hire in a dynamic company, you will be our partner as we navigate explosive growth based on our successful 2015 track record.

Vidlet’s mobile first video management platform is used by companies like GoPro, HP, Mercedes, Philips, Autodesk and General Mills to manage massive amounts of video content, gain insights from customers in mobile video market research, and interact with employees for learning and development through mobile video conversations.

Global 1000 companies are our clients and can’t get enough of what we do when we talk about how video can reinvent important interactions they have with customers, employees or anyone important to their business.

We want an evangelist, a person who cherishes relationships and a closer. We want our Head of Sales to have sold to large and small organizations, to discern the difference between a lead and a real opportunity and to be at the beginning of a revolution.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As Head of Sales at Vidlet, you will take on a leadership role within the company and work directly with the co-founders to build a rapidly growing and profitable business. You are passionate about what you do and want to be successful.

You have experience directing yourself and others. Here are a few key elements of the job:

  1. Achieve revenue objectives: You will sell on the front line to close deals. You will continue the growth and development of a steady pipeline by driving lead generation, cold calling/emails, and leveraging marketing activities.
  2. 8+ years of enterprise software or SaaS sales experience
  3. Referable $100K + deals closed with Fortune 1000 companies
  4. Experience building and managing a successful sales team, including hiring and reviewing
  5. Understanding of video technology a plus but not required
  6. Advanced knowledge of different sales tactics and channels
  7. Team player as demonstrated by customer and work references
  8. Comfortable learning new technologies and educating others
  9. Enjoys nurturing relationships and developing new contacts

Customer Success Coordinator

Who we are:

Vidlet is a well- funded San Francisco based start-up creating a new category in the mobile, video space for market research, learning and development, sales and marketing. We are the former leaders of frog design who saw an absolute need in the market to democratize user feedback. We are growing. We launched with several major brands using our mobile video platform.

At Vidlet you work with forward thinking technologist in mobile and video, and a customer focused team of problem solvers. Our goal is to apply mobile video in support of our customer’s goal, and to shape better experiences for consumers and employees through their feedback.

The Position:

At Vidlet, Customer Success Coordinators are the bridge between our customer’s business needs and our technology. As the internal voice of reason you ensure a profitable and healthy programs for Vidlet while supporting our customers from on boarding to self a self-service software engagement. We maintain and build on client relationships before, during, and after projects. A Vidlet Customer Success Coordinator manages programs from inception through completion and is responsible for managing client expectations and ensuring that delivery meets expectations.

Customer Success Coordinator tasks:

Responsible for client success, including, but not limited to, contracts, program organization, road map, resourcing, and risk management.
Point of contact for client, manages client expectations and finds resolution of project level issues independently.
Assists in business development along with the business development team and identifies more opportunities within an existing customer.
Management of cross-functional internal team activities ensuring the team knows and understands the program vision.
Upholds standards and best practices to mitigate program risks.
Proactively communicates schedule and scope changes internally and with the client.
Budget control and cost analysis on programs and communicates such details to senior management.
All issues impacting deliverables, schedules, and budget should be maintained with thorough documentation.

  • 2-5 years customer success experience
  • Understanding of software development
  • Experience in account management and business development practices
  • Experience and knowledge of design and design processes, combined with technology

  • Experience with and interest in project management tools, project management methodologies and best practices
  • Strong relationship building skills

Office Manager / Bookeeper

POSITION SUMMARY

Vidlet seeks an Office Manager / Bookkeeper to provide critical HR, administrative and office management support. Additionally, they will provide support to finance by overseeing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and maintenance of the general ledger.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Office Manager / Bookkeeper will be part of a core team. Vidlet is in a period of exciting growth and all team members will be part of a larger effort to become an industry leader in mobile insights.

Reporting to the CEO, their key responsibilities will include:

Office Management – 50%
Human Resources
Managing human resources on boarding of new staff, including: creating account in online HR
system, setting up accounts in various systems and confirming proper employment documentation onfile.
For eligible employees, providing orientation and updates regarding benefits.
Office Management
Managing office operations including ordering supplies and other tasks related to office space in San Francisco.
Orienting new staff to San Francisco office and various systems on first day of work.
Acting as liaison with insurance providers including rate negotiations and renewals.
Bookkeeping – 50%
Accounting & General Ledger
Entering all revenue and expense transactions accurately and promptly into the accounting software.
Performing account reconciliations, including cash, receivable and advance accounts.
Assisting in the month-end close of the books and records, including maintaining proper filing.
Accounts Receivable
Invoicing customers, following up on outstanding payments and sending out statements as needed.
Generating accounts receivable aging schedules and collections data and following up on outstanding receivables.
Receiving checks, wire transfers, ACH collections, and payments via other methods and applying against receivables.
Accounts Payable and Payroll
Managing the timely and accurate entry of all properly authorized vendor transactions into accounting software.
Reviewing and verifying coding on invoices and approved requests for payment for accuracy and completeness.
Processing invoices, payroll and expense reports for payment, including printing and promptly mailing
checks, making wire transfers, and maintaining proper filing and supporting documentation.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Prior HR/IT/bookkeeping/accounting experience.
Experience with QuickBooks software (preferably Online version).
Strong Excel skills.
